A Quote on Haters
Untill I get a quotes plugin, I’ll be posting these occasionally. This one has some very strong language. But it’s too good not to quote.

I just saw this on Xbox360Fanboy.com. It is safe to say that I am so doomed. It seems that RPG’s are definitely going to be in large supply for the XBox 360. Sweet.
Two in one day? This may be too much.
[Edit] I’ve removed the embeded video becaus it was causing an issue with the livejournal feed.
Well, I’ve gone from crushing to full on obsession. I saw the following in high res from another site. (linked to another)
Um…damn. I’m now crazy psyched.
For a lot of people the name Peter Gammons was a big part of growing up. If you cared about baseball, at any point, you knew him. He was the man who always had insight about the game. His “Diamond Notes” segment was a staple of my childhood untill I began to lose interesting in baseball.
So when he suffered from an aneurysm a few months ago, I, like everyone else who has ever cared about baseball, was deeply saddened. The All-Star game (something I’ve continued to watch) seemed empty. It was sad, especially given the constant reminders by players and announcers the get well wishes for Gammons. It seemed unfair, a brain aneurysm suffered by an incredibly intelligent writer.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I give in, tired of being kept from college football information, to ESPN Insider. It’s about 50 bucks or so. Not bad for two years of ESPN the magazine and all kinds of information and coverage of sports.
Then I saw this.
I think my Insider account has already paid for itself.
So a lot of video game stuff to talk about so we’re gonna do it all at once.
First things, I picked up Mega Man ZX for the DS last week. So far, I’ve only been playing it for a couple of days (I’ve reserved it to mainly commute playing), but I really like it. I haven’t played a Mega Man game in a long time, but I definitely like the feel of this one.
Second up, I’m about 40% of the way through Enchanged Arms and I am really enjoying the game. It’s definitely a good RPG with which to get back into the genre, although the writing, as many reviews have stated, leaves a bit to be desired. Overall, it’s a really good game. I think a lot of the reviews don’t do it justice, but that’s just my opinion.
I’ve also been playing a lot of NCAA Football 2007; especially when Dan comes over. It is lacking a bit of polish, but it’s solid and really good for the first version on the XBox 360.
Finally, the big one, I’ve already pre-ordered a Nintendo Wii last week. A buddy of mine saw that Amazon was taking pre-orders and I jumped all over it. Apparently I got in at a good time, because Amazon sold out of their pre-orders in a day. Hopefully I’ll get one on the first day, but we’ll have to say.
So yeah, a lot of video game playing, which is funny given the amount of time I’ve spent also getting fit. Guess I just have good balance.
